Complaints
The buyer is obliged when retrieving the product to check for any damage and immediately advertise the employee who provided goods or reject to take package that has been visible external damage. The buyer has the right within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product to exchange or refund the product if:
- spot defects on the products,
- delivered products are defective,
- delivered products are not the ones that buyer bought.
Lacković d.o.o. will, on the basis of the request for a refund or exchange, return the funds to the buyers account or replace the product with a new one within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned product to the warehouse. In case that a replacement product is no longer available, buyer can only get a refund.

In case of justified complaints, Lackovic d.o.o. shall bear the costs of return. User is obliged to return the product delivered in the condition in which it was delivered in its original packaging (commercial packaging in which the product was delivered) with dispatch and invoice.
Terms of sale can be changed without notice. All confirmed orders will be delivered by the valid conditions at the time of order confirmation. Lacković d.o.o. reserves the right to withold delivery on orders with incomplete and/or inaccurate data.
